1. How Long are shipping times ?

Your Products will ship within 5 to 10 days of your order, and due to the World Pandemic and Overwhelming situation with Shipping may take up to two to three weeks  reach your doorstep. 

2. What's your Return Policy?

3. Can I cancel my Order?

Yes. You can cancel your order right after order was placed. Order in transit cannot be cancelled.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order.

 4. What's happened if I receive damaged, or wrong item ?

If there is an issue with your order just simply let us know and we will take care of this problem expeditiously. If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Team By Contact Us RECOMMENDED Email: support@aldofurniture.com or toll free at 954-408-2701 within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
