We ship to virtually any address in the United States accept Alaska, Hawaii, P.O ,APO . Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
We work with our suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within two to five days of receiving order. From that point, it takes 10 to 20 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all time.
If you are not completely delighted with any product purchased from our collection, please return it within 30 days in the same condition and we will promptly replace it or refund your merchandise cost.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days Accept for Some products may have only 15 days free return (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason. In order to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Once an item is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if shipment is refused buy the customer. Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
Cancel an Order
Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
